These Terms of Service govern the use of IDBitPay and IDBitPay Social Post, a product of PT IDBIT TEKNOLOGI PRATAMA. By using IDBitPay Social Post, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
IDBitPay Social Post allows eligible users, vendors, and approved accounts to create drafts, upload media, schedule content, and publish posts to supported social media platforms such as Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
2. User Responsibilities
- Users must have the legal right to manage and publish to connected social accounts.
- Users must ensure posted content does not violate laws, platform policies, intellectual property rights, or community standards.
- Users are responsible for keeping their wallet, account, and connected platform access secure.
- Users must review drafts, captions, images, hashtags, and schedules before publishing.
3. Social Platform Rules
Users must comply with applicable terms, policies, API rules, and community guidelines of third-party platforms including Meta, Facebook, and Instagram.
4. Account Connection and Authorization
By connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, the user authorizes IDBitPay to perform selected actions such as reading account metadata and publishing approved content. Users may disconnect connected accounts at any time.
5. Availability
IDBitPay aims to provide reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Services may be affected by maintenance, network issues, blockchain activity, third-party API changes, platform restrictions, or force majeure events.
6. Prohibited Use
- Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, or harmful content.
- Spam, impersonation, phishing, malware, or unauthorized promotions.
- Content that violates intellectual property rights or third-party platform policies.
- Content that abuses automation, evades platform limits, or manipulates engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
IDBitPay is not liable for losses caused by user-submitted content, incorrect schedules, expired tokens, platform API failures, social media account restrictions, or third-party service interruptions.
8. Changes to Terms
IDBitPay may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means users accept the revised Terms.
